Chicken Keema Vada / Chicken Balls

Chicken-keema-vada-recipe

I have used my Mom’s Keema Vada recipe and replaced mutton with chicken. You use same recipe for keema vada or you can make chicken patties and bake them instead of deep frying.

Grind them into coarse paste or like vada consistency. Don’t add too much water for grinding. You should be able to make them into round balls.

Now take the ground paste into a bowl and add ground chicken or chicken Keema and add chopped mint and cilantro leaves and chopped onions.

Enjoy Chicken Keema Vada or Chicken Balls with any of your favorite sauce. I like them with ketchup and hot sauce mixed.

Use these chicken balls in place of meat balls in any recipe.

Also you can shape them like patties and bake or deep fry them and use them in a sandwich.I buy lots of ready made patties for grilling and make sandwiches. But I think I will try to make these instead of buying ready made patties.
