Add chopped cilantro leaves. Now add cooked rice and mix till properly mixed. If you are using left over rice this tastes good. If you are using freshly cooked rice, allow the rice to cool properly and spread cooked rice on a big plate and cool. If it is just cooked and if you mix with gongura paste ,rice will become mushy . You don’t want a mushy rice.
