I love pancakes because they are so easy to whip up in no time. Initially when I came to US I din’t like the idea of eating them with mapple syrup. I didn’t make them for couple of years …But I started making them when I was in a hurry to go to work and didn’t have any other option to make breakfast .
I don’t like eating out in mornings . I also don’t like eating same kind of breakfast everyday. I like to try different recipes from around the world.
When I started making pancakes with all purpose flour. They taste soo good .But I couldn’t eat more than 1 when made with all purpose flour and felt very heavy after eating pancakes made with All purpose flour. So i started searching for healthy versions of pancakes and tried many of them and liked them.
