Idli Sambar

idli-sambar-serving

This is how my Mom makes Sambar for idli. I have been eating this sambar for ages. I love this very much and love to eat more sambar and less idli style. My father and myself are huge fan of this sambar. We pour sambar in our eating plates and just dig in . My Mom makes sure she prepares enough for both of us and she saves some for rest of the family 🙂

I introduced this sambar to my husband and kid. My kid is learning to eat my way 😉
