I have been into baking for a while. I’m not successful many times but I keep trying them until I get good results. I have tried many baking recipes but I haven’t taken pictures . Recipe without good picture is no good.Today to satisy my sweet tooth I have quickly made this Microwave Chocolate Nutella Cake.Here is the original recipe.

Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Nutella Cake

  1. Plain flour 1/4 cup (I used wheat flour)
  2. Sugar 4 tbsp
  3. Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
  4. Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
  5. Egg 1 (Use 1/4 cup fruit puree(banana or apple) for egg less version.)
  6. Nutella 1 tbsp
  7. Vanilla 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt pinch
  9. Canola Oil 3 tbsp

Making of Microwave Chocolate Nutella Cake

Mix all dry ingredients in microwave safe bowl or coffee mug. Add wet ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are incorporated properly.
Microwave up to 2 min and check if your cake is done. Insert a toothpick and see if it comes out clean cake is done. If not add another 1 min or 2 min depending on your microwave.

Don’t expect the results as conventional oven . This cake texture is different than normal one. If you are addicted to chocolate like me and if you want to have something sweet in a jiffy . This cake is for you guys.Something sweet and quick.
Original recipe called for 5 tbsp of sugar but I reduced it because I don’t like my cake too sweet.
