Simple Prawn Curry

simple-prawn-curry

I made this simple shrimp or Indian prawn curry on new year eve. My family just loves shrimp or prawns. Cooking prawns is easy than cleaning them. Cleaning prawns sucks, that too when you have to feed hungry crowd 🙂 And it is even worse when kid keeps asking “is it done yet?”.  I was very busy and made very simple and easy prawn curry.

You can use this simple prawn curry and make some small changes to this base curry and transform into each prawn curry each time. Add coconut milk at the end of cooking process and you will get coconut and prawn curry. Grind red chillies instead of using red chilly powder you will get different taste. When you grind whole coriander seeds, whole red chillies along with few prawns in vinegar you will get a different prawn curry.
