Who doesn’t love sweet corn ? You can eat them as is without adding anything. I like to eat them plain. Surprisingly my daughter who hates veggies n fruits loves corn. If add corn to anything I make she eats them leaving rest of veggies except corn 😉
Enjoy corn chaat in the evening after you come home from work or school. You can make this under 5 minutes.
Sweet Corn Chaat
- Sweet Corn Fresh or Frozen 2 cups
- Butter1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Clean and wash corn.
Take a pan and when it is hot add butter.
When butter starts to melt add corn and saute for few minutes till it is cooked.
Now sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Serve warm for kids.
For elders adjust pepper and sprinkle chaat massla .
Squeeze some lime juice for tangy and spicy sweet corn chaat.
